Our new Red Plantation strains are using a new provider. These reds are not fermented, meaning they are all greener in appearance than a typical dark red. This results in higher Mit% as there is less time spent in the sun to dry and bypasses the fermentation process.
The Plantation Red Thai is one of the finest Red Thai I have come across.
The stem is removed and it is slow dried completely indoors. it is then processed into a very fine powder.
All the new Plantation Reds are grown on a large plantation on the banks of the Kapuas River in Kapuas Hulu. I think many will enjoy these new additions.
